    Chicken fillets glazed with vegetable couscous

    18 chicken tenderloins or 4 chicken breasts

    2 garlic cloves

    1 tablespoon light mustard

    Juice of one orange

    Juice of ½ lime

    Lime zest

    1 glass of soy sauce

    Coriander

    2 tablespoons honey and ginger (optional)

    For the couscous:

    450 grams precooked couscous

    Poultry stock

    ½ teaspoon ground cumin

    ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

    2 zucchini

    2 red peppers

    2 green peppers

    Extra virgin olive oil

    Chocolate coulant with vanilla sauce

    For the ganache:

    80 grams chocolate

    80 grams cream

    For the sponge cake:

    200 grams chocolate

    200 grams butter

    150 grams sugar

    5 eggs

    2 tablespoons flour

    A pinch of yeast
